West Ham 'open talks' with Dortmund over Niclas Füllkrug deal | OneFootball

West Ham and Borussia Dortmund are reportedly in negotiations over striker Niclas Füllkrug.

A report from Sky Sports on Monday revealed that the Germany international was a target for the Premier League club this summer following his successful campaign last time out and impressive European Championships.

And now Sky have followed that up with confirmation that negotiations are underway between the Hammers and Dortmund over a potential deal.

This is no word yet as to how much the east London side would need to offer for Füllkrug, but Sky say that personal terms should not be an issue between themselves and the 31-year-old.

Füllkrug only joined Dortmund last summer but ended 2023/24 as the club’s top scorer with 12 goals.

Should the veteran forward join West Ham, it will be the first time he has played club football outside of Germany having previously represented Werder Bremen, Nürnberg and Hannover.
