Vinicius Jr has been named as the best men’s player of the last year at the FIFA Best awards.
The Real Madrid star caused controversy with his and the club’s decision to snub the Ballon D’Or awards after Rodri was instead crowned the winner, but the Brazil international picked up what is widely recognised as the second biggest individual honour at a ceremony in Qatar.
