Wolfsburg interested in signing Everton target Habib Diarra | OneFootball

According to Sacha Tavolieri, VfL Wolfsburg are interested in a move for Habib Diarra (21) from Strasbourg in the summer transfer window. The midfielder has impressed under the management of Liam Rosenior at the Alsatian club this term.

Diarra has long been linked with a potential move away from the Stade de la Meinau. During recent transfer windows,  the 21-year-old was rumoured to be the subject of interest from Premier League clubs including Everton and Brighton and Hove Albion.

Second choice identified

Habib Diarra is not the only midfielder that the Bundesliga club are courting ahead of the summer transfer window.  Noah Sadiki is another potential option that Wolfsburg have identified as they look to bolster their options in the middle of the pitch. The Union Saint-Gilloise midfielder is also the subject of interest from Lyon, who have identified the Congolese international as a priority target in midfield as Paulo Fonseca looks to shape his squad to his liking.
