Crystal Palace have been keen to move on the former Manchester United academy graduate and a deal is in place between the two clubs for his transfer.

Once the goalkeeper passes a medical, Johnstone will sign a long-term contract with the Molineux outfit.

He lost his place in the starting eleven at Crystal Palace to fellow Manchester United academy graduate Dean Henderson.

Johnstone will hope to play regular first-team football at Wolves once he completes the formalities of the transfer.
