Xavi & Neymar send anniversary messages to Barcelona | OneFootball

Former Barcelona stars Xavi Hernández and Neymar Jr. have on Friday taken to social media, to send messages of affection to the Blaugrana.

This, of course, comes on a special day for all associated with Barca.

The Catalans are today celebrating their 125th anniversary as a sporting entity.

A lavish gala, in turn, is currently underway in the city, featuring players, coaches and staff members past and present.

Amongst those to have been afforded invitations to the event are the aforementioned Xavi and Neymar, both of whom boast icon status amongst the Barcelona fanbase.

The former has since been spotted in attendance, with it as of yet unclear whether or not Al-Hilal wide-man Neymar will follow suit.

As alluded to above, though, both have been sure to send public messages of congratulations to their former employers.
