According to a report from L’Équipe journalist Loïc Tanzi, AC Milan are making good progress in their attempt to secure João Felix (25) from Chelsea FC ahead of the transfer window shutting.
The Serie A side would like to take Felix on loan but with an option to make the deal permanent at the end of the season. They are reportedly confident that they will secure this deal despite a tight deadline.
AC Milan are not the only club that have been linked with Felix during the ongoing transfer window. Fabrice Hawkins reported a week ago that Aston Villa were interested in the player and had been in direct contact with Chelsea over their ambitions.
Felix only arrived at Chelsea on a permanent deal over the summer when he signed a seven-year contract from Atlético de Madrid. The London side were reported to have paid around €52 million for the player. This move would be Felix’s second stint in West London as he had previously played for the club on a six-month loan in 2023.
