Here's all the best bits from their day of days.

Their first goal came from Dan Burn on the stroke of half time, the local lad becoming the first player to score in a cup final for the Magpies since 1976. Just look at what it meant to him.

The boy from Blyth saved his best party trick for the dressing room celebrations, capping off an incredible week for the 32-year-old, who will now join up with the England squad for the first time.

From an unlikely first scorer to an obvious second scorer, Alexander Isak once again proved why he is arguably the best striker in the Premier League with a fine strike early into the second half.

The Geordies were starting to believe.

Federico Chiesa's added time goal created plenty of doubt, but Newcastle would be denied their moment and a fully deserved final win. Just look at what it means to them.

And for a video that will go down in history.

The party is sure to be still ongoing for some players, and surely every single fan.

Eddie Howe was the mastermind behind the win, and he was shown some love by Joelinton, who hilariously ended up just drenching himself in water.

What a performance the Brazilian midfielder put in at Wembley.

Not only did Howe end Newcastle's long trophy drought, he also won his first major trophy as a manager, ending another lengthy wait in the process.

Bruno Guimarães' post-match interview summed up the day and the moment better than anyone, speaking like a true captain and leader.

What a time to be a Newcastle fan!
