BOLOGNA VISIT SANT’ORSOLA WITH BIMBO TU | OneFootball

With Easter around the corner, Bologna and Bimbo Tu provided a special visit to the Policlinico Sant’Orsola to see patients and their families.

Lorenzo De Silvestri, Tommaso Pobega, Davide Calabria, Martin Erlic, Giovanni Fabbian, Dan Ndoye, Santiago Castro, Nicola Bagnolini, Nicolò Cambiaghi and Federico Ravaglia  were accompanied by volunteers from Bimbo Tu as they visited the Neuropediatric departments (Neurosurgery and Neuropsychiatry), Pediatric Emergency, Pediatric Surgery, Specialized Pediatrics, and Pediatric Oncology in Pavilion 13 to deliver Trudi plush toys – branded with Bologna FC and Bimbo Tu.

The donation was made possible as a result of the funds raised for the Bologna tifa per i bambini, which will aim to purchase a HypnoVR device this year. The device will allow for users to experience virtual reality to reduce the emotional and physical impact of painful medical procedures. For every €15 donated, Bimbo Tu gave a plush toy to a hospitalised child.

There’s another great opportunity to support the fundraiser: on Sunday, April 20, during the match #BFCInter at Stadio Dall’Ara, Bimbo Tu volunteers will be present at the entrances of the main sections of the stadium to collect donations in support of the campaign.
