Brentford Football Club has launched its 2025/26 season ticket campaign and announced plans for the upcoming year, with the club freezing its season ticket prices for next term.

Existing season ticket holders have until Friday 11 April to renew for the upcoming season.

Digital ticketing will also be introduced as standard for home fixtures, with a new process for ticket sharing, as well as changes to ensure that the matchday experience in the family area remains suitable for young children.

Season ticket prices are frozen for 2025/26

We’ve frozen season ticket prices to underscore our commitment to affordable football.

Brentford chief executive Jon Varney said: “Freezing season ticket prices ensures that the Gtech Community Stadium remains one of the most accessible and affordable places to watch Premier League football.”

We’re also continuing our initiatives to support our fans financially. The direct debit payment period will remain at 12 months so payments can be spread throughout the year. We will also still guarantee payouts, in pro-rata credit into your account, for Premier League tickets listed on the exchange at least seven days in advance of the fixture.

Varney added: “Over £450,000 of credit has been reimbursed to season ticket holders so far this season, which is one way we’re putting money back in fans’ pockets, as a thank you for your support.”

'Every Seat Counts' continues to improve home attendance

We’ll be continuing with the ‘Every Seat Counts’ policy for season tickets and premium seat holders for the upcoming season.

Thanks to increased use of the ticket exchange, occupancy at the Gtech has improved with an average of over 160 more fans attending per match.

With your support, we’re filling the stadium with as many Bees fans as possible.

On the policy, Varney said: “More and more Brentford fans are getting the opportunity to come to matches and average attendance is going up. This is fantastic news for all of us who want the Gtech to have an electric atmosphere on matchdays.”

Moving to digital ticketing

In August 2024, Premier League clubs voted to make digital ticketing mandatory for all clubs in the league from the 2026/27 season. For our fans, this means a move away from physical season cards to digital tickets accessible on your phone.

Digital ticketing is a critical step in our fight against ticket touting and is integral to our efforts to keep home areas for home fans only.

We're making this move now, ahead of the Premier League deadline, to escalate our anti-touting operation for the new season, and to give fans plenty of time to get familiar with digital ticketing while we provide the necessary support during this transition.

For 2025/26, all season tickets, including premium seats, will be digital for all home Premier League fixtures. Digital ticketing has already been an option at Brentford for two seasons alongside physical tickets, and we’re confident that we can help our fans with a smooth transition.

Changes to the family area

Our priority for the family area is to maintain a dedicated area for young fans and their families to enjoy home matches together. This area is in high demand from fans who want to enjoy a matchday experience that is suitable for young children.

Because of this, we are updating the eligibility criteria for season ticket holders in the family area to prioritise groups with juniors. From the start of the 2025/26 season, groups in the family area must include at least one supporter aged under-18.

This threshold will reduce to under-16 at the start of the 2026/27 season. To help with this transition, those affected have already been contacted with further information and have been offered support to find new seats for their group.

Varney expressed the importance of ensuring the family area remains true to its aims: “Some of the best footballing memories are made from a young age, celebrating with your family. We want to give young fans a dedicated place at the heart of the action so that the next generation of Brentford fans can fall in love with the Bees.”

If you have any questions, or you are a family with young children and would like to register your interest in moving into the family area, please contact us at tickets@brentfordfc.com or call 0333 005 8521.

Appreciation for fan consultation

Varney added his appreciation of the input from fans, including those representing Brentford Independent Association of Supporters (BIAS) and Bees United: “Fan consultation has been an essential part of developing this year’s season ticket plans and policies.

"Since December 2024, we have worked closely with our Fan Advisory Board and working groups to ensure that fans are at the heart of these discussions.

“Their input has been invaluable as we prepare the strategy for our fifth season in the Premier League. We are very grateful for their support throughout this process.”

Find out more

Fans can learn more about how to renew their season ticket by reading our FAQs.

Please remember, right now we're only handling renewals and not selling new season tickets.

If there are any season tickets available after renewals, members will get the chance to purchase them first, based on their attendance this season and their Ticket Access Points (TAPs). This will be a similar process to last season.

More details on this will be provided before the new season ticket purchasing window opens on Monday 28 April.
