Here’s all of the highlights and action from Tuesday night’s Champions League matches as Man City crumble against Feyenoord, Arsenal win big at Sporting, and Florian Wirtz stars for Bayer Leverkusen.

Champions League highlights

Manchester City blow a three-goal lead

Good news for Man City: they snapped their five-game losing streak. Bad news for Man City: they extended their winless run to six games in the most unbelievable fashion against Feyenoord.

Erling Haaland scored his 50th goal in the competition just before halftime, Ilkay Gundogan fired one in to double their lead in the 50th minute, and moments later Haaland made it three.

That should have been job done, but from the moment Anis Hadj Moussa got one back it started to unravel dramatically. Santiago Gimenez reduced the deficit to one goal before David Hancko equalised with one minute of normal time remaining.

Man City are now the first team in Champions League history to lead by three goals after 75 minutes and not go on to win. Absolutely mental.

Arsenal break Sporting’s unbeaten run

Sporting CP hadn’t lost a game all season, but when they did eventually fall they fell hard. Arsenal knew this fixture would be a tricky test and they passed with flying colours, winning 5-1 on the road. There were five different scorers as Gabriel Martinelli, Kai Havertz, Gabriel Magalhães, Bukayo Saka and Leandro Trossard all got on the scoresheet.

Lewandowski hits a century

Form is temporary, class is permanent. Robert Lewandowski is still doing bits at the age of 36, scoring twice for Barcelona against Brest in a 3-0 home win. His penalty in the 10th minute was his 100th goal in the Champions League.

Leverkusen slap sorry Salzburg

A 5-0 win for Bayer Leverkusen over RB Salzburg sees them move up to fifth in the table on 10 points from five games and puts them in a great position to finish in the top eight. Florian Wirtz waltzed his way through the defence for his side’s third goal of the night. What a baller he is.

Bayern beat PSG again

Kim Min-Jae capitalised on poor defending from Paris Saint-Germain on a corner to score the only goal of the game and hand Bayern Munich their fourth successive win over the French outfit in the Champions League.

Abraham stars for Milan

AC Milan won a five-goal thriller in Bratislava, although it probably should have been more comfortable given their opponents. Tammy Abraham scored and assisted in the same Champions League game for the first time in his career to help the Rossoneri leapfrog Man City in the table.

Atletico smash Sparta Prague

Diego Simeone oversaw the biggest ever away winning margin in European competition in Atletico Madrid’s history on Tuesday night as they steam rollered Sparta Prague to win 6-0. Julian Alvarez bagged a brace, including a sumptuous direct free kick after 14 minutes.
