Christopher Nkunku’s Chelsea stint is facing growing uncertainty, with top European clubs reportedly circling for the forward’s signature.
Graeme Bailey of TBR Football suggests the 27-year-old could be on the move as early as January as his representatives weigh up potential opportunities elsewhere.
Nkunku arrived at Stamford Bridge in 2023 following a £52 million transfer but has struggled to cement a consistent starting role. This has only intensified speculation about his future.
Among the clubs keeping tabs on Nkunku’s situation are Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain, both of whom could provide an intriguing next chapter for the Frenchman.

Journalist Ben Jacobs reported on Monday that PSG have a genuine interest in Nkunku, although they have yet to make an approach to Chelsea. The Blues are determined to keep him, meaning any potential departure would need to be driven by the player. Chelsea are not expected to pursue Randal Kolo Muani.
TEAMtalk recently reported, citing sources, that Barcelona are considering a potential January loan move for Christopher Nkunku if they are unable to register Dani Olmo in time.
Barcelona are working to free up space for Olmo, but if player departures take longer than expected, they may turn to a loan deal for Nkunku later in the winter transfer window.
The Catalan club are looking to negotiate a loan agreement with Chelsea, with part of Nkunku’s salary potentially covered by his current club.
This would help Barcelona stay within their wage structure, although they would still need to offload additional players to create more financial flexibility. The duration of the loan could play a significant role in any potential deal.
