Under sporting advisor Luis Campos, Paris Saint-Germain has developed a strong connection to Portugal, signing top young talents like Vitinha, João Neves, and Gonçalo Ramos. Now, it seems the Ligue 1 club is set to make another move.
PSG has built a transfer strategy around securing promising young players before they fully realize their potential. So, who’s the latest name on their radar?
This week, Foot Mercato reported that PSG, Manchester City, and Manchester United are all eyeing 17-year-old Geovany Quenda of Sporting Lisbon. It’s no surprise to see Manchester United involved, especially with their new manager, Rúben Amorim, having just arrived from Sporting.

The Daily Express‘ reporting confirms the French outlet’s information that Manchester United are targeting Quenda, who has quickly become one of the most exciting teenage talents in world football under Amorim.
Quenda has made 17 appearances for Sporting’s first-team across all competitions this season, scoring two goals and recording one assist. The teenager has a contract with the Portuguese club until 2027, meaning Sporting have no obligation to sell him now.
