Details confirmed for City’s FA Cup clash with Ipswich | OneFootball

The date and kick-off time for our Adobe Women’s FA Cup meeting with Ipswich have now been confirmed.

Gareth Taylor’s side were paired with the FA WPL Premier Division South leaders during the Round Four draw which took place earlier this month.

And the match at the Joie Stadium will take place on Sunday 12 January at 13:00 (UK) – with the tie available to watch live on the Adobe Women’s FA Cup YouTube channel and FA Player.

The Blues have entered the prestigious competition at the fourth-round stage alongside the 11 other Barclays Women’s Super League sides.

Meanwhile, the Tractor Girls reached this stage of the tournament after collecting a 12-0 win over MK Dons in Round One and a 4-2 penalties victory over Hashtag United in Round Two before edging past Bournemouth 1-0 in Round Three.

It will represent City’s first taste of domestic cup competitions this term with our League Cup quarter-final clash with Manchester United taking place across the 22/23 January.
