The man to bag the club's first-ever goal in the North American top flight? New boy Anders Dreyer.

While much of the talk surrounding San Diego has gravitated toward Hirving Lozano, who did bag the assist, Dreyer's addition is already paying dividends after arriving from Anderlecht.

With the two leading men in the attack already linking up on matchday one, a budding partnership could prove decisive as the ambitious club looks to reach the MLS Cup playoffs in year one.
