England second and Chelsea up to third in UEFA Women’s rankings | OneFootball

England are second to France in the end of year UEFA Women’s coefficient national ranking, while at club level sit Chelsea behind Barcelona and Lyon.

Though Barcelona are leading the club rankings, Paris Saint-Germain joined Lyon in the top five for the third time in as many years, after the French rivals met in the Women’s Champions League semi-finals in April.

While France retain their status as the leading association. England and Spain both leapfrogged Germany to go second and third respectively.

Barcelona stayed top of the club rankings and Lyon second, Chelsea jumped three places from sixth a year ago to third now.
