Fenerbahçe test Lens with opening offer for Kevin Danso | OneFootball

According to a report from L’Équipe, Fenerbahçe have sent their opening offer to RC Lens for Kevin Danso (26).

Jose Mourinho’s side are reported to have sent a bid that is approaching  €20 million in value. It has previously been reported by Foot Mercato that it would take an offer above €20 million to convince Lens to part ways with their centre-back.

This is particularly due to the feeling that Abdukodir Khusanov (20) will be leaving in this transfer window. Lens are keen to avoid allowing both of their starting centre-backs to walk midway through the campaign without receiving adequate compensation.

Fenerbahçe are not the only team to be interested in testing Lens’ commitment to their defender, and L’Équipe writes that Galatasaray are set to compete with their fierce rivals, while it was reported yesterday that VfB Stuttgart were also interested in Danso.
