Fiorentina fullback Dodo unlikely to recover vs Roma | OneFootball

Fiorentina will likely be missing Dodo for the upcoming match against Roma on the weekend.

With an important Conference League fixture on the horizon, the Viola will be without Dodô both in tonight’s away game at Betis Sevilla, valid for the first leg of the Conference League semi-finals, and in the match against Roma on Sunday at 18:00.

According to a video-interview with Spaceviola.com, Dodò himself responded to a young fan who asked him why he was not with his teammates in Spain: the footballer replied: “I’m not in Seville because I had appendicitis. I’ll be back for the return match.”

The return match against Betis will be on Thursday 8 May at 21:00, and therefore, in all likelihood, Dodô will miss Roma-Fiorentina scheduled for next Sunday, 4 May.
