Barcelona have received encouraging news regarding Ronald Araújo’s fitness after their 4-1 win at Sevilla.

Concerns over Araújo’s condition were raised immediately after the match, with Flick confirming that the Uruguayan will undergo tests in the coming days to determine the severity of the injury.

Araújo was forced off in the 22nd minute, leaving Barcelona fans worried, but Flick remains optimistic about the situation.

“We expect test results tomorrow and we hope it’s not too serious,” Flick said (h/t Marca). “That’s what it looks like right now.”
