Julen Lopetegui is hanging on to his job following the latest hammering this season, it’s been reported.
The former Spain boss has overseen a shambolic first half of the season, with the club looking bereft of ideas and a system, which is rightly raising serious questions over his appointment.
Lopetegui replaced David Moyes in the summer however there is little evidence that his ideas are going to be right for this team, as West Ham once again capitulated.
Our Hammers fell to a 5-0 hammering at the hands of Liverpool, which worrying felt so predictable, as another week passes with the team looking no better off than from game week one.
The West Ham Way have this morning reported via insider ExWHUEmployee that Lopetegui is under serious pressure once again, as his inevitable sacking moves a step closer.
“I have asked for an update from the club today with the question,” said Ex on The West Ham Way.
“Will the manager remain after another poor performance?” And the response that I have since received back is:
“Yes, BUT UNDER HUGE PRESSURE”
