Inter Milan Team News, Injuries, Suspensions & Probable Lineup

Simone Inzaghi might have the best-equipped squad in the country, but the piling number of injuries is beginning to take its toll on the team. The Nerazzurri will be without Carlos Augusto, Davide Frattesi, Yann Sommer and Nicola Zalewski, while Marcus Thuram, Joaquin Correa and Carlos Augsto remain doubtful.

Josep Martinez will start in goal, while the backline should consist of Benjamin Pavard, Stefan de Vrij and Yann Bisseck. Matteo Darmian and Federico Dimarco will occupy the wingback slots, with Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Kristjan Asllani and Piotr Zielinski in the middle of the park.

Lautaro Martinez is expected to be rested, making way for the experienced attacking duo of Mehdi Taremi and Marko Arnautovic.

Inter (3-5-2): Martinez; Pavard, De Vrij, Bisseck; Darmian, Mkhitaryan, Asllani, Zielinski, Dimarco; Taremi, Arnautovic.

Lazio Team News, Injuries, Suspensions & Probable Lineup

Fisayo Dele-Bashiru joined Taty Castellanos and Elseid Hysaj on the treatment table after spraining his ankle, but Matias Vecino is aiming for his first call-up in months. Christos Mandas is expected to start for the second match in a row since he’s the designated cup goalkeeper, while Manuel Lazzari should return to the backline alongside Mario Gila and Samuel Gigot.

Luca Pellegrini will get the opportunity to play for the first time after being excluded from the Serie A and Europa League lists. Nicolo Rovella will be fresh after serving a suspension last weekend, so he starts in midfield alongside Matteo Guendouzi.

Finally, Loum Tchaouna could be set for a new role as a striker, replacing Tijjani Noslin who failed to impress in Venice. However, the supporting trio of Gustav Isaksen, Boulaye Dia and Mattia Zaccagni remains unscathed

Lazio (4-2-3-1): Mandas; Lazzari, Gigot, Gila, Pellegrini; Guendouzi, Rovella; Isaksen, Dia, Zaccagni; Tchaouna
