Lens target Cyriaque Irié, Brentford and Leicester also interested | OneFootball

According to a report from Foot Mercato, RC Lens have targeted two players in their effort to bolster their options on the right of their attack.

Lens have held a longstanding interest in Malmö FF’s Taha Ali (26). The Swedish international (with one cap to his name) was a target in the summer, and Les Sang et Or returned this winter to try and recruit him but have seen their offer rejected.

However, the Ligue 1 side are also looking at ESTAC Troyes’ Cyriaque Irié (19). The winger reportedly is of interest to a number of clubs across Europe. Foot Mercato writes that Brentford, Leicester City, RB Leipzig, and Borussia Dortmund have all enquired about the winger, while AC Milan and Bologna have retained their interest.

Irié who arrived this summer from FCO Dijon has made 17 appearances this season for the Ligue 2 side but has begun to spark into life in recent weeks scoring three in his last three games to help the struggling club lift themselves six points clear of the relegation zone.
