With the January transfer window approaching, speculation about Randal Kolo Muani’s future at Paris Saint-Germain is gaining momentum due to his limited playing time this season.
The situation took another turn on Sunday when the French forward was left out of PSG’s matchday group against Olympique Lyonnais, sparking more questions about his role under Luis Enrique.
Randal Kolo Muani has struggled to establish himself as PSG’s main striker, logging just 453 minutes across all competitions. His lack of game time has fueled rumors of a possible January departure.
According to L’Équipe, a loan move—potentially with an option to buy—seems the most likely outcome. While Manchester United previously expressed strong interest, their priorities have shifted since Ruben Amorim’s arrival.
RB Leipzig remains in the mix, though discussions are still in the early stages. Meanwhile, AS Monaco could emerge as serious contenders as they aim to bolster their attack following Folarin Balogun’s injury.

GIVE ME SPORT reported on Tuesday, citing sources, that Manchester City are considering a loan move for Kolo Muani to bring him to the Etihad Stadium during the upcoming winter transfer window.
The Sky Blues are exploring this option after failing to replace Julian Alvarez, leaving them without a backup for first-choice striker Erling Haaland.
Le Parisien’s Benjamin Quarez and Marc Mechenoua report that Manchester United made inquiries a few weeks ago, with West Ham, RB Leipzig, and several Serie A clubs also expressing interest. Information indicates that a loan deal with a buy option is the most likely outcome.
While no official asking price has been set, Transfermarkt currently values the forward at €30 million.
