Manchester City and Southampton have confirmed their starting lineups ahead of today’s Premier League fixture at the St. Mary’s Stadium. If Pep Guardiola’s side can pick up three points today, it will cement their place inside the top three on the Premier League table. That would take them a step closer to their goal of securing Champions League football for next season. Southampton have struggled this season and are already relegated for the season. But they’ll be determined to pick up a result in front of their home fans today.

For Manchester City, they enter today’s match with John Stones, Nathan Ake, Rodri and Oscar Bobb unavailable for selection. But Pep Guardiola did tell the media yesterday that Ake, Bobb and Rodri are now all back in training. Erling Haaland has trained all week and could return to the Manchester City starting lineup for today’s match.
