Italy Under-21 international Cesare Casadei continues to struggle for playing time at Chelsea, so Monza, PSV Eindhoven, Villarreal and Real Betis are eager to offer him a loan experience in January.
The 21-year-old came up through the Inter youth academy and was sold to Chelsea for €14.86m plus up to €5m in bonuses in 2022.
However, after loan spells at Reading and Leicester City, he returned to Stamford Bridge and made just four appearances this season, not playing a single minute in the Premier League.
He scored in yesterday’s 2-2 friendly draw between the Italy and France Under-21 sides.

A January loan departure to give him more playing time is more than likely at this stage, with clubs lining up to be given the opportunity to use him.
A return to Serie A is among the potential candidates, as Alessandro Nesta’s Monza are seeking players to boost their chances of staying in Serie A after a rough start to the campaign.
Clubs around Europe are also intrigued by Casadei, including Villarreal and Real Betis in Spain, while Tuttomercatoweb point towards PSV Eindhoven in the Netherlands.
