As you can see above, when it comes to domestic competitions this season, Newcastle United are now the second most successful, when it comes to winning football matches.

This past week has seen wins at Tottenham, Arsenal and home to Bromley, meaning now only Liverpool have won more domestic games than United!

Indeed, Newcastle now having won two more matches than Arsenal, three more than Forest, as well as four more than Man City and Chelsea.

United made it eight victories in a row on Sunday afternoon.

Up next, Premier League home games against Wolves and Bournemouth.

Until very recently, some Newcastle United fans had been wanting Eddie Howe sacked…

The media (and some Newcastle fans) still making out that it had been some kind of recent NUFC crisis, yet the last fifteen United matches (all competitions) over the course of eleven weeks, have seen eleven wins, two draws and only the two defeats since October.
