Juventus defender Pierre Kalulu came within millimetres of finding his first Juventus goal in Tuesday night’s Serie A match away against Atalanta, before hitting the back of the net with an extremely well-taken finish a few minutes later.
You can see how the action unfolds on the Football Italia Liveblog.
With the scores still level at 0-0 at the time, Juve were pushing for the opener at the beginning of the second half.
The Bianconeri won a corner, delivered by Teun Koopmeiners, which was met by an excellent header from Kalulu, who beat Marco Carnesecchi, clipped the far post before the Atalanta keeper clawed it off the line.
Replays showed that Kalulu could not have been any closer to scoring, but as the entirety of the ball had not crossed the line, the goal could not stand.

The Frenchman was not disappointed for long, though, as he scored his first Juventus goal five minutes later with an excellently taken finish off his left boot in the area.
