Sport Bild reports that RB Leipzig will hope to sell striker Benjamin Seško for around €100m this summer if the Slovenian leaves.

Seško extended his contract at the Red Bull Arena last summer until 2029 but there is a gentleman agreement between the player and the club that he can leave for at least €70m in the summer. As this is not a release clause, Leipzig are hoping they can create a bidding war and push his price to over €100m.

Arsenal at the hottest candidate when it comes to potentially signing Seško. The Premier League side have repeatedly tried to sign the striker in recent transfer windows as they desperately need a number nine, but he has stayed put in the Bundesliga. Milan, Chelsea and Real Madrid have also been linked but the desire for a striker for them at the moment does not seem immediate.

This season the 21-year-old has nine goals and three assists in 20 Bundesliga games but is still too inconsistent in his performances to move to a top club. Seško has been at Leipzig for 18 months and although he has his moments of magic, still looks far from the finished product, especially for a team that has title ambitions.
