A recent report from Mundo Deportivo has revealed that Real Madrid have been inquiring about the situation of Lamine Yamal at Barcelona through his agent, Jorge Mendes.

However, the Portuguese representative has made it clear to the Madrid-based club that they should forget about the young forward, as there is no possibility of him making a move to the Santiago Bernabeu.

Yamal himself has already expressed his stance on this matter. In a recent interview, he made it known that he has no interest in joining Real Madrid at any point in his career.

If a time ever comes when he leaves Barcelona, he would prefer a move outside of Spain rather than joining their biggest rivals.

There is plenty of interest

Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain are also monitoring the youngster’s future closely. After previously attracting top talents such as Neymar and Lionel Messi, the French giants believe they could persuade the promising forward to join them.

Given their financial strength, PSG are confident that they could offer a deal too lucrative to ignore.

Elsewhere, the Premier League’s elite clubs are also showing strong interest in the talented winger. With significant financial power, English clubs have various strategies to secure top players, as seen with Erling Haaland’s contract extension at Manchester City.

Manchester United, Manchester City, and Liverpool are among the clubs keeping a close watch and have been applying pressure in recent months.

Yamal wants to continue

Despite all the external interest, Yamal remains fully committed to Barcelona. His priority is to extend his contract and continue his development at the club.

If everything proceeds as planned, he will sign a new five-year deal once he turns 18 in July, securing his future at the Catalan club until 2030.

As part of this contract renewal, Barcelona are prepared to offer him a significant salary increase, reflecting his importance to the team.

This extension will not only secure Yamal’s future at the club but will also reinforce Barcelona’s intent to build their squad around the young talent, ensuring he remains a key figure for years to come.
