Kylian Mbappe’s transition to Real Madrid has raised a few questions within the club, according to an insightful report from The Athletic.
While the French striker is undoubtedly respected by his teammates, there is a prevailing sentiment that he’s not one for making big speeches or playing the role of a vocal leader in the dressing room.
His focus remains squarely on his own performance, with little indication that he is looking to motivate or inspire his teammates through words.
Although he speaks multiple languages fluently, his closest friendships within the squad are with the other French players, namely, Aurelien Tchouameni, Eduardo Camavinga, and Ferland Mendy.
Real Madrid, however, remains optimistic about his growth as a leader, believing that success on the field will naturally help him develop this aspect of his game over time.
Despite his quiet nature off the field, those who see him in training every day note his commitment and positive attitude.

Mbappe consistently approaches every session with a strong work ethic, but some have pointed out that he lacks fiery intensity.
Unlike the passionate and sometimes fiery reactions of past players, Mbappe tends to stay composed, rarely showing anger or frustration when faced with adversity.
The coaching staff and Carlo Ancelotti have asked for patience as Mbappe adapts to life at Madrid. Ancelotti has expressed his confidence in the forward, stating that the club will do everything necessary to support him.
One of the first steps in this process is to ensure that Mbappe is playing in a position that suits him best.
However, there are differing opinions within the club about how Mbappe’s future will unfold. Some believe that as he continues to settle in and with his prime years ahead of him, his form will improve.
On the other hand, some are more cautious, suggesting that Mbappe’s best years may already be behind him, especially considering his recent performances with PSG and France, where he has not been as impactful as in previous seasons.
