Teenage Inter Milan defender Alex Perez is finally back after a series of injury problems that have kept him out.
This according to Italian outlet FCInter1908.
Inter signed teenage defender Alex Perez from Real Betis last summer.
The Nerazzurri have put their faith in the young defender as a prospect for the future.
Perez is actually at Inter on loan from Betis. However, the Nerazzurri have the option to sign him on a permanent basis when the loan ends.
Perez’s time at Inter has not gone according to plan so far, however.
The reason for this has been a series of injury problems that have kept the young Spaniard off of the pitch.
The plan had been for Perez to play for Inter’s Under-19 or Primavera team. However, he has not really had opportunities in that respect.
But recently, Perez was in the Primavera squad for a match against their Hellas Verona counterparts.
Moreover, today Perez was on the pitch, reports FCIN1908. The outlet report that the 18-year-old featured in a friendly match against Rappresentativa Serie D.
Therefore, there is a sense that the young defender is finally putting his early injury problems behind him.
