Aston Villa, in contrast, had a smoother journey, easily dispatching Club Brugge with a commanding 6-1 aggregate score. This matchup is made even more intriguing by the fact that Unai Emery and Marco Asensio will both be aiming to get one over on their former club.

Unai Emery’s squad warned about the PSG squad

Ahead of the first leg clash next week, the Premier League side have been warned that they’re about to face a squad clicking on all levels.

Luis Enrique’s work this season hasn’t gone unnoticed in Ligue 1, and Montpellier manager Jean-Louis Gasset praised him for it. He was also impressed by the PSG coach’s decision to reposition Ousmane Dembélé centrally.

“In Europe, teams can be concerned because it’s a machine,” Gasset said (h/t Le10Sport). “The coach is succeeding in his conversations. Incredible, Dembélé as No. 9 is the idea of the century, and it all comes down to the coach. Paris seems unbeatable now, they are above everyone else.”
