Bad news for Simone Inzaghi’s Inter.

During the match against Cagliari, in the 65th minute of the game, Inter were forced to replace Nicola Zalewski, who left the field after collapsing to the ground, probably due to a muscular problem.

Alessandro Bastoni took his place.

This is a new injury that adds to the current difficulties of the Nerazzurri, already struggling with the unavailability of Denzel Dumfries and the less than optimal conditions of Federico Dimarco.

The possible physical relapse of Zalewski represents a further complication for Inzaghi, a few days before the return match against Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

His condition will also need to be monitored in view of the match against Roma, scheduled for the weekend of April 27 at San Siro.
