4 injured Barcelona stars to make the trip for Real Madrid final showdown | OneFootball

The coaching staff at La Liga giants Barcelona have made the call to include the club’s injured stars in their travelling party for the upcoming Copa del Rey final.

That’s according to Diario Sport, who have on Thursday provided an insight into the latest developments behind the scenes in Catalunya’s capital.

Barcelona are of course primed to return to action this coming Saturday.

With their pursuit of a historic treble ongoing, the Blaugrana will make the trip to La Cartuja, for the finale of the Copa del Rey.

Awaiting Hansi Flick’s troops in the clash are arch rivals Real Madrid, who will no doubt be nothing short of desperate to bring an end to any and all treble talk.

Flick and co, as a result, are understandably keen to eek out any potential advantage they can.

And as per the aforementioned Sport, with this in mind:

‘The Blaugrana will travel with all their players including Ter Stegen, who could receive the medical clearance for this match, and Marc Bernal, who continues to evolve well from his knee injury although he will not be available until next season.’

Also set to travel to Seville despite being ruled out of contention for El Clásico are both Alejandro Balde, and Robert Lewandowski.
