Turkish media outlet Taktik Mania reports that Manchester United and Arsenal have officially made offers for Osimhen.

Last week, TBR Football’s chief correspondent Graeme Bailey reported that the Saudi Pro League has been informed that Osimhen is eager to move to the Premier League this summer.

Moreover, Manchester United has reportedly been told that Osimhen is open to joining Old Trafford, even without Champions League football.
