Carlo Ancelotti follows through on Arda Güler praise with latest Real Madrid call | OneFootball

Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti reiterated his faith in the talents of youngster Arda Güler on Sunday afternoon.

Los Blancos are of course currently locked in action on the domestic front, in a La Liga meeting with Celta Vigo in Spain’s capital.

The day’s hosts headed into proceedings in the knowledge that nothing but a victory will suffice, amid efforts to hunt down arch rivals Barcelona top the table.

And in efforts towards as much, the aforementioned Arda Güler was entrusted with a place in Real’s starting XI.

Youngster Güler came in for heavy praise on the part of his manager earlier this week, on the back of a string of impressive recent performances.

“Arda Güler is showing his quality, I think he will be a great midfielder. Not many players have his qualities. He will be a very important player in the future of Real Madrid,” Ancelotti confirmed.

And amid mounting fan pressure, the Italian today followed up on such praise by affording his midfield starlet his latest opportunity to impress, against Celta Vigo:
