Celik recovers ahead of Bologna, Cristante looks to return vs Genoa | OneFootball

Roma are looking ahead to their next league engagements following their latest win over Lazio in the Derby della Capitale.

The Giallorossi will now have a whole week to prepare for the match against Bologna.

Ranieri hopes to recover all the players who were not on the list of players called up for the derby, in particular Cristante and Celik.

The former returned to training, albeit individually, last Saturday, marking a step forward in his recovery after an ankle injury suffered against Atalanta on December 2.

According to Il Tempo, it is probable for Cristante to be available for the match against Genoa.

Celik’s presence in the away match with Bologna should instead be almost certain: the defender was forced to miss the derby due to a fever attack that prevented him from participating in the last two training sessions.
