Declan Rice has promised Arsenal will be in the Premier League title race until the end of the season as they push to add more silverware to the trophy cabinet.

2025 has had a mixed start for Arsenal, who have been eliminated from both the FA Cup and Carabao Cup already this calendar year, but their unbeaten run in league action has helped them remain in the hunt of leaders Liverpool.

Arne Slot's Reds sit six points clear, having played one game fewer, and will finally level up with Arsenal when it comes to games played after Wednesday's Merseyside derby against Everton.

While Arsenal face a clear uphill battle to wrestle top spot away from Liverpool, and end a 21-year wait for a Premier League title, Rice assured fans that "big things are coming" from his side.

"There's still a really long way to go," Rice told Sky Sports. "The manager said in a press conference the other week, no matter what, the only thing we can worry about is ourselves.

"But at the end of the season, we will be there. We can only keep believing in what we believe in, work on what we're working on and have full trust in the manager, players and everyone around us that we can achieve great things.

"It's down to us to get that over the line. Big things are coming. We need to stay positive and keep going."

Arsenal are scheduled to meet Liverpool at Anfield in May in the 36th round of this season's fixtures, giving them time to close the gap ahead of what could be a campaign-defining game.
