Ederson reached 150 clean sheets for City in Saturday's 1-0 Premier League victory over Southampton.

The Brazilian has been a near constant between the sticks during Pep Guardiola's incredible era at the Club, playing 343 games since moving to Manchester in the summer of 2017.

That means our goalkeeper averages a shutout every 2.3 games for City, with our defence a key reason behind the 17 major honours claimed during that period.

In the Premier League, Ederson has played more than anyone else under Guardiola - making 259 appearances out of a possible 313.

He has kept 114 clean sheets in the top-flight in that time, setting a club record by surpassing Joe Hart on 109.

That figure means he is 13th overall for number of clean sheets in Premier League history, with Chelsea and Arsenal man Petr Cech topping the metric on 202.

In 2022/23, he became the third fastest goalkeeper to 100 Premier League clean sheets in his 208th appearance.

In the Champions League, he hasn't conceded a goal in 30 of his 69 games for City while in domestic cups he has four clean sheets across 12 games.

Completing his record are two shutouts at last winter's FIFA Club World Cup against Urawa Red Diamonds and Fluminense.

His latest achievement further cements the 31-year-old's status as one of the best goalkeepers in our history.

Arriving at City in 2017, he made 36 Premier League appearances in his first campaign as the Blues clocked up a record 100 points to become the iconic Centurions.

He kept 16 clean sheets that year, second only to David De Gea in the race for the Golden Glove.

He was an ever present the following year, keeping 20 Premier League clean sheets as the Blues won a second consecutive title as part of a domestic quadruple.

Notably, he also registered his first Premier League assist when he fired a goal kick over the visiting defence into the path of Sergio Aguero.

Our goalkeeper claimed his first Premier League Golden Glove in 2019/20, keeping 16 clean sheets as City finished second.

He was again named the leading goalkeeper in the country in 2020/21 as City reclaimed the Premier League title, keeping 19 clean sheets on the way.

2021/22 saw him claim his third Golden Glove, tied with Alisson on 20 clean sheets, as City clocked up the fourth Premier League title in five seasons.

After 11 in 2022/23 and 10 last term, he now has two clean sheets in the Premier League after nine games this time around.
