Arrival by train

  • The use of public transport is included in the match ticket. An additional code is required to access the local transport ticket. This was sent to all ticket holders in the lead-up to the match. 
  • Get out at the stop Leverkusen-Mitte.
  • On the platform, following the signs to Stadion or BayArena. It is approximately a 10-minute walk from there to the away entrance.

  1. There will be a relief train on Sunday, which will run from Dortmund main station towards Leverkusen city centre and then back to Dortmund after the game: Outbound journey from Dortmund main station to Leverkusen Mitte station: Departure at 12:20 CEST  Arrival at 13:25 CEST  Return journey from Leverkusen Mitte station to Dortmund main station: Departure at 18:13 CEST  Departure at 19:18 CEST 

Arrival by bus

  • Parking lot P6 is available for away bus.
  • Access is via the Europaring via the Am Neuenhof exit to Marienburger Straße.
  • Parking in P6 is free of charge.
  • Toilets and rubbish containers are available at the bus parking lots.
  • Minibuses and cars cannot park in the bus parking lot.

Arrival by car/minibus

  • The shuttle bus parking lot is provided for cars and nine-seaters/minibuses.
  • The address for your SatNav is: Otto-Bayer-Straße, 51061 Köln
  • Bayer Leverkusen recommend that you do not use the shuttle buses at the shuttle bus car park, but instead take the S-Bahn line S6 from the Chempark Leverkusen stop in the direction of Leverkusen Mitte. From there it is about a 10-minute walk to the guest entrance.

Admission

  • The stadium opens two hours prior to kick-off, i.e. at 13:30 CEST.
  • Away fans will be housed in blocks SG1 to SG5 plus F4 and H2 (wheelchair users). 
  • In the case of visibly drunk spectators, a breathalyser will be carried out. The security personnel will then decide if they may enter the stadium.
  • Please note that there may be random intensive inspection by security staff at the entrance. These may be accompanied by the fan representatives/the fan project.

Permitted fan paraphernalia

  • 3 megaphones (already assigned)
  • 5 drums (open on one side and visible interior, already assigned)
  • 5 large swivel flags (already assigned)
  • 40 double-holders (pole length up to 2 metres)
  • Flags (pole length up to 2 metres)
  • Fence flags (provided space is available, emergency exits may not be impeded)
  • 5 rolls of adhesive tape 

Forbidden fan paraphernalia

  1. Pyrotechnics of any kind
  2. Replacement batteries for megaphones

Permitted items

  • Digital cameras without interchangeable lens (for private use only)
  • Belt pouches, bags and rucksacks (up to DIN A4 size) 

Forbidden items

  1. Large bags and rucksacks (over DIN A4 size)  There will be a drop-off point on site. The fee is €1 and payment is only possible in cash.
  2. Power banks
  3. TC e-cigarette refill containers over 10 ml.
  • Cash payment is not possible in the stadium. 
  • Please note the applicable Stadium Regulations.
  • There is no possibility for persons not admitted to the stadium to stay in a pub or similar place in the immediate vicinity of the stadium during the game. Persons banned from the stadium may not enter the legal premises of Bayer 04.
  • The Leverkusen Police Department has drafted the following fan letter for BVB fans.

Info on barrier-free access

  • The car parks for fans with disabilities are located directly opposite the BayArena. The address for your SatNav is: Bismarckstr. 133, 51373 Leverkusen.
  • Access to and use of the car parks is only permitted with the blue wheelchair parking permit.
