BVB fans who will already be in Lille during the day are recommended to meet at the Place du Général de Gaulle. This is around 6 kilometres from the stadium.

Arrival

Via bus/9-seater

  • Buses and 9-seaters can use the free car park C2 (around 500 metres from the stadium)
  • Address: 18 Rue Élisée Reclus, 59650 Villeneuve-d'Ascq.
  • Parking permits do not need to be booked in advance.
  • Entry is from 7:00 CET on the day of the match.

Via car

  • Cars can use the car park C4 (around 900 metres from the stadium).
  • Address: 2 Avenue Henri Poincaré, 59650 Villeneuve-d'Ascq.
  • Parking permits can be booked online in advance for 4 euros each (+ admin fee).
  • Entry is from 12:00 CET on the day of the match.

Via metro

  • From the Place du Général de Gaulleals, you can reach the stadium via the metro line M1 (yellow line). BVB fans are advised to travel from the stop Rihour to the final stop 4 Cantons Stade Pierre Mauroy. The journey takes 15 minutes. The stop is around 900 metres from the stadium. It is not advised to use other stops near the stadium.
  • Tickets for the match cannot be used as valid tickets on public transport. The price of a metro ticket (single/Trajet Unitaire) is 1.80 euros.
  • There will not be any additional public transport for visiting fans on the day of the match.

Fan marches will be allowed from the metro station 4 Cantons Stade Pierre Mauroy and from car park C4, but are not permitted in the city centre.

Entry

  • The stadium will open at 16:45 CET.
  • Entry to the away end is via Entrance I on the south-east side of the stadium.
  • Around the stadium, the home stands should be avoided (especially the north side).
  • It is likely that there will be two electronic ticket checks at the entrance for away fans, one in front of Entrance I, and another at the turnstiles.
  • Visitors must go through entry checks and security checks which will be carried out by security staff and the police. This means that long waiting times at the entrance for away fans can be expected. We therefore recommend arriving at the stadium as early as possible.

Permitted fan paraphernalia:

  • 5 megaphones (already allocated)
  • 5 drums (open on one side; already allocated)
  • Fence flags – space permitting
  • Hand-held flags – unlimited
  • Small flags (hollow plastic pole) – unlimited
  • Double-holders (hollow plastic pole) – unlimited

Political and/or violent messages are not permitted.

Banned fan paraphernalia:

  1. Pyrotechnics of any kind

Permitted items:

  1. Bags smaller than A4 size
  2. Lighters
  3. Small power banks
  4. Small umbrellas

Banned items:

  • Rucksacks or bags larger than A4 size
  • Food and drinks not bought in the stadium
  • Weapons of any kind and items that could be used as weapons (e.g. knives)

There will be no cloakroom for bags and rucksacks at the stadium. We therefore recommend leaving personal items in cars and buses if possible.

Please also consult the relevant stadium regulations.

  • The away end of the stadium is in the south-east upper tier in blocks I21-I24, J21-J23 and K21. Blocks I21-I24 are separated from blocks J21-J23 and K21 by a fence. This applies to both the stands and the area around them.
  • Please note that all stands are fitted with seats.
  • As is customary at international games, there is an unwritten rule that in blocks with seating, seats can be chosen freely. If the seat you have been allocated on your ticket has been taken, there will be seats available in other areas of the away end.
  • The beer served in the away end will have a reduced alcohol content.
  • Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
  • It is possible to pay by cash or card in the stadium.
  • Visiting fans who are found in the areas designated for home fans may be asked to leave the stadium. Borussia Dortmund has already shared this information in the past few days.

Information about barrier-free access

  • Wheelchair users can also use the free bus parking area C2. Please send your numberplate to the fan liaison officers in advance ([email protected]) so that OSC Lille can add them to the system for the match day.
  • Access to the stadium for wheelchair users is also via Entrance I.

After the match

  1. After the game there will be a block closure. OSC Lille have informed us that during that time, the toilets and kiosks will be open for individuals only.
  2. There will be no additional public transport after the game for away fans travelling back into the city centre. Away fans can return to the Place du Général de Gaulleals via the metro line M1 (yellow line) from the stop 4 Cantons Stade Pierre Mauroy (to Rihour). You are advised against using other stops near the stadium after the game.
