A new image of the away jersey expected to be made use of by La Liga giants Barcelona next season has this weekend come to the fore online.

And the image at hand points towards manufacturers Nike planning some major changes.

Barcelona’s kit for fixtures away from Catalunya’s capital this season is a deep black colour, featuring red and blue trimmings.

And though the shirt has for the most part gone down a treat with those of a Blaugrana persuasion, Nike are nevertheless planning to shake things up next time out.

This comes amid confirmation that, in 2025/26, Hansi Flick’s troops are expected to line out in away fixtures in a gold colour.

The colour scheme, as per the reliable Memorabilia1899 on ‘X’, will be ‘team gold/black/Persian violet’.

And as alluded to above, late this week, a fresh picture of the kit’s design, featuring a newly-introduced ‘snakeskin’ pattern, has surfaced:
