Ghisolfi shares important update on Svilar and Pisilli: “The renewal will come soon for both.” | OneFootball

Roma sporting director Florent Ghisolfi spoke to Sky Sport on the eve of the match against Parma.

The French executive shared an important update regarding the future of Mile Svilar and Niccolo Pisilli.

“Both are the future of Roma, they are important to us,” he said. “We are also working on several contracts from the Primavera.”

“But if someone wants to leave, we will not ask anyone to stay.”

“Roma deserves it: Svilar and Pisilli deserve it, for their top performances on and off the pitch. The renewal will come soon for both.”

On the relationship between Ranieri and Roma’s ownership, Ghisolfi remarked, “We are in it together, we are aligned. Ranieri was an important choice, he is not here for money or ego, he is here for Roma.”

“He is doing very well, since his arrival we would be fourth in the league. On the market we quickly found a way to work together. We are not asking for time, because we are Roma and we have to win, but we are working to have a stronger club in the future.”
