Inter Milan have added Udinese defender Oumar Solet to their shortlist of targets in defense this summer transfer window.

This according to Italian outlet TuttoMercatoWeb. They report that the Frenchman is an alternative to the likes of Sam Beukema, Isak Hien, and Mario Gila for the Nerazzurri.

Inter Milan will sign a defender in the summer transfer window.

The Nerazzurri currently have Stefan de Vrij and Francesco Acerbi as the main options in the centre of their back three.

However, both de Vrij and Acerbi are well into their thirties.

Therefore, it will be vital for the Nerazzurri to revitalize the backline.

And according to TMW, there is one player who has really been impressing Inter as a candidate for that role.

According to TMW, Inter are very keen on Udinese defender Oumar Solet.

The 24-year-old had already been on the Nerazzurri’s radar when he was at Red Bull Salzburg. However, they never made the move for him.

Instead, Solet ended up joining Udinese in January.

And the Frenchman has really hit the ground running in Serie A.

Naturally, being proven in the Italian top flight is a big plus for Inter.

Therefore, reports TMW, Oumar Solet has come onto the Nerazzurri’s radar again as a potential target for the centre of their defense to replace the likes of de Vrij and Acerbi.
