Juventus brought in Randal Kolo Muani on loan until the end of the season during the winter transfer window, and the French forward has already begun making his mark at the Italian club.

While Tottenham was also interested, Kolo Muani chose to join Juventus, looking for a fresh start after a challenging 18 months at PSG.

The striker, who was signed for €95 million from Eintracht Frankfurt last summer, scored just 11 goals in 54 appearances. This season, he struggled for minutes under Luis Enrique, starting only twice across all competitions.

Nonetheless, the question now is, how can Juventus keep the player past his initial loan spell and one media personality has a method.

Would PSG accept a swap deal for Randal Kolo Muani?

Kolo Muani is in the process of taking the starting job from Dušan Vlahović, who is under contract with Juventus until 2026. Moreover, the Serbian’s name has been in the transfer rumor mill over the last few months and this summer could be the moment in which he’s moved.

Italian media personality Edoardo Mecca believes that Juventus should attempt a swap deal that involves Vlahović going to the French capital since the player has been linked to PSG in the past along with Arsenal.

“Kolo Muani’s first goal is that of a true striker,” Mecca wrote. “I like it because he isn’t afraid to take responsibility and take risks with his plays. And when he’s in front of goal, he shoots hard, just like a goal scorer should. Technique, speed, and power. It’s a shame we didn’t have him earlier.”

“Watch out for the Vlahovic-Kolo Muani swap in the summer transfer market,” Mecca added.

Recently, Juventus manager Thiago Motta was complimentary and cautious when talking about Kolo Muani’s performance after the PSG loanee scored five goals in three Serie A matches.

“Kolo Muani is doing well and scoring goals,” Motta said. “He can do better. He’s just arrived and needs to keep his feet on the ground. Goals are part of the game. I like seeing him like this, with a smile. He’s integrated very well and is helping like everyone else.”
