Kylian Mbappé sends message to Real Madrid legend after win over Celta Vigo | OneFootball

Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappé forwarded a personal message the way of ex-Blancos star Marcelo, in the early hours of Friday.

This comes after the latter was in attendance in the crowd at Real’s meeting with Celta Vigo.

Carlo Ancelotti’s troops are of course fresh off booking their spot in the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey, courtesy of a 5-2 extra-time downing of Celta.

The aforementioned Mbappé was for his part amongst the goals on the evening, opening the scoring courtesy of a moment of individual brilliance.

And watching on from the stands at the Santiago Bernabéu, as alluded to above, was Real legend Marcelo.

Post-match, the Brazilian made his way back inside the ground, to greet some of his ex-teammates, as well as those with whom he did not share a dressing room.

And, during as much, Marcelo and Mbappé were caught in a warm exchange, a photo of which the latter has since posted on Instagram alongside the caption:

‘Good to see you legend!’
