Real Madrid held their final training session on Friday morning ahead of Sunday’s league match against Alavés, with several key players still unavailable or in doubt.
David Alaba, Ferland Mendy, and Andriy Lunin all trained indoors and did not take part in group work.
Alaba is managing a muscle overload in his right thigh picked up against Arsenal and is doubtful for Sunday’s match at Mendizorroza.

Lunin and Mendy are not expected to be in the squad, with the latter definitely ruled out of the Champions League quarter-final second leg against Arsenal.
Dani Ceballos remains a possibility. The midfielder completed another session with the group and is being evaluated day to day.
A decision will be made today (Saturday) on whether he travels to Vitoria or is held back for Wednesday’s match against Arsenal, which remains Real Madrid’s priority for the Spaniard.

The original plan was to delay his return until midweek, but his recent progress has reportedly prompted a reconsideration of that plan.
Carlo Ancelotti will not be on the bench against Alavés, having been suspended after receiving his fifth yellow card of the season in the match against Valencia.
