Lille to allow Edon Zhegrova to leave this summer | OneFootball

Edon Zhegrova (25) will be allowed to leave Lille OSC at the end of the season, should offers arrive for the winger, as expected, according to a report from L’Équipe.

Lille are expected to be raided this summer. Jonathan David and Angel Gomes are both expected to leave on free transfers, whilst Lucas Chevalier is also a reported target for Paris Saint-Germain. Another key player is also bound to leave the club – Zhegrova.

Speaking on Albanian radio earlier this week, Zhegrova confirmed that he would not be extending his contract with LOSC. With the playmaker’s contract expiring in 2026, it leaves the Ligue 1 side no option but to sell this summer, if they want to garner a considerable fee.

Zhegrova was already keen on a departure in January, however, president Olivier Létang was insistent on not losing any key players during the window. However, the Kosovan’s wish will be granted in the summer as Lille will not stand in the way of a departure. Napoli are expected to reignite their interest, come the end of the season.
