Lisbie has been in good form this season, recording eight goals and three assists in 18 games.
His last appearance for the young Bees was against Chelsea Under-21s in the Premier League Cup, where he was the scorer of both goals in the 2-2 draw at Wheatsheaf Park.
He will now join Danny Cowley's Colchester United, who currently sit 13th in League Two.
Brentford technical director Lee Dykes said: "I’m delighted for Kyreece, as he takes the next step in his development by joining Colchester United.
"Our B team development programme has had great success, not only in progressing players into our first team but also in preparing them for senior football careers at other clubs. This is a key part of our academy philosophy and Kyreece is the latest player to embark on that journey.
"His move is a testament to the dedication of Neil MacFarlane and our B team staff, who work tirelessly to help players reach their full potential. On behalf of Brentford Football Club, I wish Kyreece all the best at Colchester United."
After time spent at Leyton Orient's Academy at the start of his career, Lisbie went on to play for non-league side Cray Valley.
Following this, he joined Watford in October 2021. While with the Hornets, Lisbie turned out for both the under-18s and under-23s.
He signed for Brentford B in July 2022.
