Manchester United leading the race for Atalanta’s Ederson | OneFootball

Serie A side Atalanta have been linked with the possibility of losing midfielder Ederson in the past and the chances of him departing are now rising, with Manchester United keen.

Daniele Longo has reported that La Dea are trying to tie the Brazilian down to a new contract, but the midfielder is delaying those discussions as he is lured by the idea of playing for other clubs. For now, he is fascinated by the idea of playing in the Premier League.

While Juventus are very interested in the 25-year-old, Manchester United are leading the race for him. They have already informed Atalanta about their decision to make an offer and they are likely to offer a fee of €60m to land the Brazil international.

Juventus are willing to do all they can to sign the ex-Salernitana player but Manchester United are much more ahead and the probability of the move is rising.
