AC Milan host AS Roma in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals this evening.
Both sides are aiming to salvage disappointing domestic campaigns with cup success this season. Milan conceded a last-gasp equaliser to draw the The Derby della Madonnina with Inter at the weekend.
Roma were on the other side of stoppage-time drama after holding league leaders Napoli. Angelino’s 92nd-minute strike rescued Roma a result at the Stadio Olimpico.
Milan were one of Europe’s busiest clubs in the winter window with late business boosting the options at Sergio Conceicao’s disposal. In addition to the £30m capture of Santiago Gimenez from Feyenoord, the Rossoneri signed Kyle Walker, Riccardo Sottil and Joao Felix on loan deals.
Gimenez and Felix will hope to make their debuts for Milan this evening, though Tammy Abraham is expected to get the nod at centre-forward from the start.
Youssouf Fofana is available again after suspension, but Emerson Royal, Ruben Loftus-Cheek remain out. Alessandro Florenzi is also unavailable to face his former team.
AC Milan predicted XI: Maignan; Walker, Tomori, Pavlovic, Hernandez; Musah, Fofana, Reijnders; Pulisic, Leao, Abraham.
